About the Role:
We're expanding and seeking a passionate AVP / Manager to drive business development and distributor relations across India. This is a Mumbai Head Office-based role with national outreach, focused on growing our PMS AUM through robust distributor engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, onboard, and activate distributor partners: national distributors, regional IFAs, wealth managers, and RIAs.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with intermediaries to accelerate inflows and business growth.
- Conduct impactful product presentations, training sessions, and distributor roadshows pan-India.
- Collaborate with our PMS investment team to communicate fund strategy and performance.
- Monitor AUM growth and distributor productivity, providing insights and business reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations in all distributor interactions.
- Support occasional festive branding campaigns for greater distributor engagement.
Ideal background:
- Finance graduate/postgraduate (MBA/CFA preferred) with 5–10 years’ experience in AMC/PMS/wealth sales or distribution development.
- Demonstrated success in distributor onboarding, especially with HNI/UHNI investor channels.
- Excellent networker, communicator, and presenter.
- Comfortable travelling nationwide for distributor activation.
- Ready to join at the Manager or AVP level, depending on experience.
