Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and strategic partnerships to expand the hospital’s reach. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring high satisfaction among partners and referring organizations. The role also requires collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to align business initiatives with hospital capabilities, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to build, manage, and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, hospital, or related service industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven reporting to track leads, accounts, and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally within New Delhi and nearby areas for client meetings and business development activities.
