Role & Responsibilities
- Drive outbound lead generation during night shift hours through targeted calls, emails, and digital outreach to convert inquiries into qualified prospects.
- Manage and update the CRM (lead entry, qualification status, follow-ups) to maintain high data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Qualify leads rapidly using defined criteria, set appointments for counselling/admissions teams, and hand off follow-ups with clear context.
- Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets by executing high-volume telesales and consultative pitching for education and visa services.
- Coordinate with counselling, operations, and documentation teams to ensure seamless prospect-to-client transition and timely case progression.
- Prepare concise sales reports and performance logs; identify trends and suggest process improvements to boost conversion rates.
