Job Description
We are looking for a relationship-driven and consultative Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
No cold calling required! In this role, you will be reaching out exclusively to warm leads—businesses and creators who have already raised their hands and expressed interest in our Social Media Management services. Your job is to understand their needs, share the right information, and guide them to the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
Warm Outreach & Consultation: Connect with incoming leads (via calls, WhatsApp, or emails) who have inquired about our social media services.
Requirement Gathering: Understand the client’s brand, target audience, and current social media gaps.
Pitching & Proposal: Share our service details, present tailored social media packages, and handle pricing discussions.
Deal Closing: Follow up diligently with interested leads to address queries, build trust, and close the sale.
Feedback Loop: Coordinate with our social media fulfillment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client servicing (experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a huge plus).
Social Media Savvy: A solid understanding of major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) so you can speak confidently about our services.
Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and a consultative, problem-solving approach to sales.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed, depending on experience & skills).
Incentives: Uncapped commission on every deal closed (easily push your monthly earnings beyond your base salary!).
