Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching prospects, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The person in this position will collaborate closely with internal marketing and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and representing Kriya & Reeths at local business events or networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management practices to manage pipelines, negotiate proposals, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, professional writing, and confident client interactions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, services, and KPIs to position solutions effectively (prior agency experience is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic sales reporting.
- Comfort engaging with local businesses in Coimbatore and willingness to attend in-person meetings and events.
