Job Description

Innomatics Research Labs is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry, preferably selling Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack Development, or other technology training programs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets while providing the right career guidance to prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.
• Promote and sell Data Science and other technology training programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
• Experience selling Data Science courses is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage.
