Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT / Non-IT staffing
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain MIS reports and update CRM regularly
  • Attend client meetings (virtual / in-person)



Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales / staffing / recruitment sales
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
