Job Description
Location: Chennai
Years of Experience : 3+ years
Work Mode : WFO
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT / Non-IT staffing
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain MIS reports and update CRM regularly
- Attend client meetings (virtual / in-person)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales / staffing / recruitment sales
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
