Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Pitch products/services and handle the end-to-end sales cycle
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM
- Attend meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic improvements
- Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth onboarding of new customers
