Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leads through calls, emails, chats, referrals, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and reconnect with old leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful bookings.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare sales reports.
