Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and empanel hospitals
• Conduct market mapping to identify coverage gaps and expand the provider network.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to explain service offerings.
• Ensure documentation, credentialing, and compliance as per internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations and claims teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong business pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Hospital Onboarding experience
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, processes, and customer requirements.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
