Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential companies, connect with decision-makers, explain our value proposition, and convert them into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:

  • Lead generation
  • Cold calling
  • Product demonstrations
  • Client follow-ups
  • Closing small-ticket B2B deals

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with clients and wants to grow rapidly in B2B SaaS / EdTech / HRTech sales.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Create and maintain a database of:
  • Warehouses
  • Logistics companies
  • E-commerce companies
  • Supply chain companies
  • Fulfillment centers
  • Focus on Small and Medium-sized businesses (SMEs)
  • Research companies using LinkedIn, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, and other online sources


Client Outreach

  • Call HR Managers, Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Business Owners
