Job Description
We're looking for energetic, confident, and self-driven fresh graduates to join our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard companies to The Skill Guru Foundation by meeting HR teams and business owners, explaining the platform, and helping them start hiring. If you enjoy meeting new people, travelling, and achieving targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit companies daily to introduce the Skill Guru Foundation.
- Meet HR managers, founders, and hiring managers.
- Onboard companies onto the platform.
- Explain platform features and benefits.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with companies.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Visit 8–10 companies every day.
- Meet at least 5 decision-makers daily.
- Onboard 2–3 companies per day.
- Update all activities before the end of the day.

- Hands-on B2B sales experience.
