This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kamrej for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to growth strategies, conducting market research, and preparing sales presentations. The candidate will represent the company during client meetings and explore ways to promote company services effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building
• Experience in sales, business development, and preparing compelling proposals
• Market research and strategic analysis skills to identify opportunities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic goals
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools
• High level of self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Background in IT solutions or software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
