Role Description The Business Development Executive role at eWebWorld is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for web, app, and design services. The Business Development Executive will conduct client outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal delivery teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and tracking sales activities using CRM or other tools. The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in networking activities, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
