Job Summary?: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development executive with strong B2B?sales experience, ideally in the education / institutional domain. If you have worked in business?development or sales targeting colleges, universities, or digital service platforms with institutional?clients (for example, educational marketplaces or EdTech companies with B2B divisions), you may be?a great fit. Prior direct experience in providing full assessment solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.? Key Responsibilities?: ? Lead generation and prospecting in the higher education, training, and institutional education?space.? ? Identify and qualify potential clients such as colleges, universities, training institutes, and?government / institutional bodies.? ? Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach and influence decision-makers for?enterprise-level solutions.? ? Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay informed of trends in institutional?education and assessment technology.? ? Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value and?differentiators of our solutions.? ? Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring revenue growth and establishing long-term?partnerships.? ? Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders and institutional?leadership.? ? Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to senior management.? ? Collaborate internally (with product, operations, marketing teams) to ensure client?expectations are met and delivery is seamless.? Qualifications & Experience?: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.? ? Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development / sales in a B2B context,?preferably targeting educational institutions or working with B2B divisions of EdTech /?education service firms.? ? Good understanding of how institutional sales works in the Indian education sector.? ? Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.? ? Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.? ? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.? ? Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing pipeline / prospects.? ? Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to operate independently.? What We?re Looking For (Preferred but Not Mandatory)?: ? Experience or exposure in assessment or online exam / proctoring / related digital services.? ? Existing network or contacts in the higher education / institutional sector.? ?
