Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build partnerships aligned with DreamCareer™’s services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients and partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting solutions that match client needs. The role involves managing and nurturing accounts, tracking pipeline activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives and contribute to revenue targets.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and explore new markets.
  • Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships and support long-term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in education, training, or career services, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with targets, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
