Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive at our Surat, India location. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. Regular collaboration with internal teams to propose tailored solutions and meet client goals will also be a core part of the role. The ideal candidate will be proactive and aligned with achieving company growth objectives through strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive company growth
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building and Account Management to foster and maintain client partnerships
  • Business acumen for understanding organizational goals and market dynamics
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interacting with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving priorities, and take initiative to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and measure progress will be an added advantage
