Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive ( Student counselling) based in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. Additional tasks include contributing to lead generation activities, presenting solutions aligned with client needs, and working closely with the team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development, Conversion, and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong written and oral Communication skills
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships effectively
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and business sales objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the New Zealand market or immigration processes is an advantage
  • Manage inbound and outbound inquiries in a professional and timely mannr.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain and update client records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Confidence in telecalling, lead generation, and inside sales activities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
