Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in SaaS/IT software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to account closure.

The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, and closing deals. Candidates with SaaS, ERP, CRM, EdTech, or software product sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to successful account closure.
  • Generate and qualify business leads through various channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients.
  • Handle client discussions, negotiations, pricing conversations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Strong experience in SaaS/software product sales.
  • Experience handling the complete E2E sales cycle:
    • Lead generation
    • Prospecting
    • Product demo
    • Negotiation
    • Account closure
  • Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Target-oriented mindset with proven sales closure ability.
  • Comfortable working in a 6-day work environment.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS platforms or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in ERP/CRM product sales.
  • Experience in EdTech sales.
  • Experience with B2B enterprise sales.
  • Knowledge of pricing models and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines through CRM tools.
  • Experience closing 8–10 deals per month.
  • Exposure to e-commerce enablement platforms is an added advantage.

  • Self-driven approach with ownership of sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Interview Process

  • Total Rounds: 3(only first round is virtual, second and third round sre onsite mandate)
  • Initial virtual screening (Delhi NCR candidates)
  • Sales discussion / Product demo round
  • Technical & final evaluation round

Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have stable work experience with at least 1.5 years in an organization.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Candidates with proven SaaS sales closure experience are preferred.
