BrainyTech is a fast-growing software development company delivering innovative web, mobile, eCommerce, cloud, and AI-powered solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and other business development channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals and estimates.
  • Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and submit regular sales reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to company growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar lead generation platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of web development, mobile applications, eCommerce, SaaS, or custom software development services.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
