Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and events, presenting Affinity’s services, and converting inquiries into admissions. The role involves managing and nurturing existing accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with counseling, operations, and visa teams to ensure a smooth student journey. The Business Development Executive will track market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to sales strategies, monthly targets, and promotional activities to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospective students and partners.
- Solid understanding of Business development practices and Account Management to grow and retain client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in education, overseas counseling, or related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic productivity tools to manage leads, pipelines, and reports.
- Ability to work toward targets, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends during peak admission periods, as required.
