We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and strengthen business relationships. The role involves identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, cold calling, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and solutions
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Work Location: In-person (Kochi)
