Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Vijayawada. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for the agency’s digital and branding services. The role includes meeting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored service offerings. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also conduct market research, attend networking events, and provide feedback on trends to support the company’s growth strategy.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust client base.
  • Candidates should possess strong Business acumen to understand client objectives and align solutions with digital marketing and branding strategies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present services, negotiate terms, and maintain professional client interactions.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or agency sales is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and meet defined sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and familiarity with online marketing concepts is an advantage.
