Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune City. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business, generating leads, managing client accounts, and facilitating strong client relationships. Daily tasks include outreach to potential clients, engaging in effective communication to understand client needs, developing proposals, and driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong knowledge of business processes and experience in Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including client relationship management and presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in media, marketing, or a related industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
