About the Role:

Softkingo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Present and pitch Softkingo’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development processes.
