Role:
Business Development Officer (BDO)
The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales conversions across retail and project segments. Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and project segments.- Generate leads through networking, field visits, and referrals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and clients.- Coordinate with internal sales and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Track market trends and competitor activities.- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
