Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for our software development and digital marketing services.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business and marketing requirements, and presenting suitable solutions including web/app development and digital marketing strategies.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO, technical, and marketing teams to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s client base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for software, web, mobile app development, and digital marketing services
  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer), LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals, technical needs, and marketing objectives
  • Present suitable solutions including website/app development, SEO, social media marketing, and paid campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs based on client requirements
  • Manage and respond to leads from freelancing and lead generation platforms
  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for proper requirement understanding
  • Maintain and track a sales pipeline and follow-ups
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands


Qualifications

  • Any bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, or related fields)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Software & Web Development Services
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Ads)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms and online bidding is a plus
