Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our newly started organization. The ideal candidate will handle cold calling, lead generation, prospect engagement, and converting leads into enrollments to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and inquiries
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Convert prospects into enrollments and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage team and ensure target completion
  • Follow up consistently to close sales
  • Update and maintain lead data
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience in inside sales, tele sales, or EdTech sales preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead conversion
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
