Job Description
Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:
- This is an Business Development role.
- Engaging corporate clients with a view to deepening NPS penetration among their employees through arranging NPS helpdesks, awareness sessions
- Engaging with business teams of group companies to acquire new corporate clients for NPS business
- Supporting the Zonal Manager in strategic business initiatives
- Support in designing corporate business strategy
- Analyzing industry developments and trends, preparing corporate presentations etc.
Candidate:
- Should be Graduate or Post-graduate
- Candidates from Non-Finance background can also be considered with sufficient sales experience
- Should have Strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and client engagement skills
- Should able to speak local language - Marathi, English and Hindi.
