Location: Chandigarh (India)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹35,000/month + Incentives (up to ₹10,000)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Work Mode: On-site
STEMX Learning is focused on equipping school students with practical, future-ready skills through online one-on-one classes.
Our programs cover areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Web Development, and App Development. The emphasis is on enabling students to build real projects and develop problem-solving abilities, rather than relying on theoretical learning.
We are looking for individuals who are driven, articulate, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented sales environment.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into booked demo sessions and paid enrollments. The role involves direct interaction with parents and requires strong communication, clarity of thought, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Engage with parents through calls to explain course offerings
- Convert leads into demo session bookings and course enrollments
- Conduct structured follow-ups with interested prospects
- Understand parent concerns and address objections related to pricing, time, and outcomes
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve conversion strategies
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales (edtech experience preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume lead pipelines
- Ability to build trust and guide decision-making
- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Direct exposure to the founder and a fast-paced learning environment
