We are looking for a creative and analytical Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to improve AI outputs for business, marketing, automation, customer support, and internal workflows.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality prompts for text, image, and data-driven AI models
• Experiment with different prompt structures to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and content teams to translate business needs into effective AI prompts
• Test and fine-tune prompts for multiple use cases such as chatbots, content generation, summarization, data extraction, and automation
• Document prompt frameworks, best practices, and optimization strategies
• Analyze AI responses and continuously improve prompt performance
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI, LLM updates, and prompt-engineering techniques
• 🎓 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models
• Strong command of written English and logical thinking
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Bard/Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms
• Ability to think creatively and frame clear instructions for AI systems
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting is a plus (not mandatory)
