Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and selling consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential clients
* Pitch and sell consultancy services to businesses across target industries
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Understand client requirements and offer customized consulting solutions
* Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers
* Follow up consistently to close deals
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development / tele-calling
* Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation is preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
* Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
* Basic understanding of consultancy services (HR, staffing, business consulting, etc.)
