Business Development Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Engineer to promote Industrial Automation, Robotics, IIoT, PLC, SCADA, Drone Technology, and Skill Development solutions to engineering colleges, industries, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in educational institutions and industrial sectors.
• Promote Industrial Automation, Robotics, IIoT, PLC, SCADA, CNC, and Skill Development programs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, industries, OEMs, and training partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements and project execution.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, technical events, and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), Robotics & Automation, Instrumentation, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in sales/business development are encouraged to apply.
