About the role

Cognita Cybernetics Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Freelance Business Development Consultant to help expand our client base for AI-powered business solutions, ERP systems, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads
  • Identify prospective clients for ERP, AI, and business software solutions
  • Schedule meetings and present our solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with the internal team to support deal closures
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Represent Cognita Cybernetics professionally in the market


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
  • Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
  • Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or Software sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and generate leads
  • Existing business network is an added advantage
  • Preferrable Kerala Candidates


Compensation

  • 10% Commission on every closed deal
  • No fixed salary
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance
