About the role
Cognita Cybernetics Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Freelance Business Development Consultant to help expand our client base for AI-powered business solutions, ERP systems, and enterprise software.
If you're passionate about sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads
- Identify prospective clients for ERP, AI, and business software solutions
- Schedule meetings and present our solutions
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the internal team to support deal closures
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Represent Cognita Cybernetics professionally in the market
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or Software sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and generate leads
- Existing business network is an added advantage
- Preferrable Kerala Candidates
Compensation
- 10% Commission on every closed deal
- No fixed salary
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
