🔹 Role: Business Development / Client Acquisition – IT Staffing
🔹 Focus Areas:
• Acquire new IT clients for staffing services
• Vendor empanelment with IT companies
• Generate requirements for Permanent Staffing & C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
• Build long-term client relationships
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure delivery

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales
✔ Strong network with IT companies / hiring managers
✔ Experience in vendor onboarding & empanelment
✔ Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
