Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Kochi. The role involves activities such as generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and developing tailored presentations to pitch services to potential clients. The associate will be responsible for fostering relationships with prospective partners, understanding client needs, and contributing to the overall growth and strategy of the company while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Presentation Development and Delivering Engaging Presentations
• Experience with Lead Generation and Business Prospect Identification
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysing target audience preferences
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic working environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferre
