Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.
- Provide detailed counselling on Scaler’s programs and career paths.
- Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.
- Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales attitude with a proactive and achievement-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer motivations and pitch effectively.
- Proven persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with EdTech sales processes and student counselling.

- Basic proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
