Job Description
The Business Development Associate will focus on growing the institution's revenue and brand recognition and will work collaboratively with the Admissions Department to review applications, verify applicant information, and assist in the final approval process for UG/PG admissions. Additionally, the role involves lead generation, student counselling, and outreach activities to support institutional goals.

- Generate leads through e-mail campaigns, cold calls from existing and new students and other sources.
- Review prospective student applications for admission to UG/PG Course.
- Research and verify the accuracy of application information.
- Creating lead engagement plans and strategy.
- Calling prospective students/parents and convincing them for taking admission to different course.
- Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities for different courses and suggest them the right course for their career planning.
- Provides outreach to prospective students and their parents during campus visits, Orientation, and related facilities.
- Create profiles for each applicant and work collaborative with other counsellors to review make final approvals.
- Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information.
- Build and maintain a strong admission pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Provide detailed information to students and parents regarding course fees, duration, and available facilities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the institution's revenue growth.
- Master/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in counselling, admissions, customer relationship management, or tele calling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based research.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak admission seasons.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
- Highly organized with high level of professionalism is required for the position.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Early joining candidates preferred.
