Job Title: Business Development Associate

Work Schedule

  • Office Timings: 12:15 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Sunday Office Timing: 10 AM - 9:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)

Compensation

Up to ₹3 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Performance-Based Variable/Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Associates to join our inside sales team at Narhe, Pune. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting qualified leads into enrollments for our premium upskilling programs under Profit-uni, Be10X, and allied brands. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced sales professionals and offers high earning potential with fast-track career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective learners and introduce House of EdTech programs
  • Understand customer needs, career goals, and learning requirements
  • Pitch and sell professional courses related to the Stock Market
  • Build strong rapport with leads and conduct structured follow-ups to close sales
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Prior experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage
  • Basic English communication
  • Marathi language mandatory
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and negotiation capability
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a performance-oriented environment
  • Personal laptop is mandatory for this role
