This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Associate Intern located in Gurugram. The intern will focus on supporting business growth through lead generation, market research, and client outreach. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, conducting market analysis, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and maintaining records of client interactions. The intern will also have the chance to collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies.

• Ability to conduct effective market research and analyze data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client outreach and relationship management
• Familiarity with sales strategies and lead generation techniques
• Organizational and time management skills to manage client records and tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
• An interest in real estate or prior experience in business development would be advantageous
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
