About Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Associate to support our recruitment business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in head hunting corporate cleints, boost sales and enhance company's revenue. The candidate should execute marketing strategies to attract clients, engage candidates, and strengthen our brand presence in the competitive recruitment space.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the strategic Marketing and Client Relationship activities.
• Head hunt clients through different social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Should have good knowledge in content making and social media posting.
• To find prospect and meet potential clients.
• Client relationship management.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Qualifications :

• Any graduate
• 1 - 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
