Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Associate (BDA) based in Surat. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and growing client relationships, managing accounts, and assisting in strategic business development efforts. The role also involves clear and professional communication with clients and partners to drive growth and achieve business goals.




Lead Generation & Project Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients looking for software development services.
  • Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, and other channels.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Proposal Writing & Bidding

  • Submit proposals on freelance platforms.
  • Analyze project requirements and create customized responses.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication.
  • Convert leads into client meetings.

Client Communication

  • Conduct requirement gathering discussions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for estimations and solutions.
  • Prepare project presentations and company profiles.
  • Handle client queries professionally.

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Build connections with business owners, startups, founders, and enterprises.
  • Run outreach campaigns.
  • Generate qualified appointments and meetings.
