Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Future Snoops (FS) team at Wazir Advisors. The role will primarily focus on managing seamless post-sales support for clients.

 

Future Snoops, represented by Wazir Advisors in South Asia, offers world-class trend forecasting and design intelligence solutions to leading fashion businesses. Based out of Wazir’s Gurgaon office, the candidate will work closely with both the India team and the global Future Snoops team (including New York) to drive customer success and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Subscription Renewals & Retention

  • Manage end-to-end subscription renewal processes for existing FS clients
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely renewals and minimize churn
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify risks to renewals and take corrective actions in advance

 

2. Customer Usage Tracking & Engagement

  • Monitor and analyse platform usage and engagement levels across clients
  • Identify low-usage accounts and design interventions to improve adoption
  • Share regular insights and reports on client usage patterns and behaviour
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and value realization

 

3. Post-Sales Support & Customer Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post onboarding
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for platform usage
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal and global teams to resolve client issues

 

4. Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist the business development team in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives, including client presentations and demos
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content, client engagement strategies, and feedback loops
  • Contribute to additional business priorities and projects as required

 

 

Requirements

·       2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or a related role

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and derive insights

·       Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams

·       Willingness to engage with clients across the South Asia region
