Role Description-

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Development Manager, located in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Daily tasks include lead generation, developing strategic partnerships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications-

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency or similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a target-driven mindset
• Experience in outbound sales and proactive client acquisition is mandatory
• Ability to work as a strong individual contributor with high ownership
