About the role:-

Neovarsity is an extension to the current Scaler program, supporting the Skills - with-Degree culture. The degree is endorsed by the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), a widely recognized accreditation system. It is recognized by universities and organizations in the US, Europe, Canada, India, and other countries.

3. Help students become more secure academic achievers. The program is a 90 ECTS credit course, offering recognized transferable credits to help students secure academic and job opportunities.

Location - Gurugram / Bangalore


Responsibilities:-

  • Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle. 
  • Monitoring self performance while also contributing to the performance of the team. 
  • Performing in high pressure driven work environment. 
  • Recognizing opportunities to upsell based on the customer’s needs, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Establishing a positive rapport with customers to enhance trust and credibility, making them more receptive to upselling suggestions.


Qualifications:-

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends, customer preferences, and product offerings is essential. 
  • Individuals should have the resilience to handle rejection professionally and the persistence to pursue upselling opportunities without being discouraged. 
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Ability to navigate challenges confidently. 
  • Must have a stable job profile. 
  • Should know how to convince a customer to buy courses. 
  • Should be a good listener. 
  • Should have good reasoning as a salesperson. Prior experience in B2C sales is required.
