Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their real estate requirements, generating new leads, and converting these leads into successful sales. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels and maintaining a high standard of professional communication.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and converting potential opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve queries.
- Strong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales experience with the ability to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an on-site capacity at our Bengaluru South office.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred but not mandatory.
