Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agency sales, with expertise in media buying, ad sales, and social media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for Airkomm’s social and digital marketing services.
  • In about us mention a leading social media marketing agency specially in government projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B & B2G sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong track record in media buying, ad sales, and social media sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services offered by agencies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to pitch confidently to senior management and enterprise clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
