This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Coach, based in Kochi. The Business Coach will work directly with entrepreneurs and business owners to analyze their current processes, develop customized growth strategies, and implement systems to drive business success. Responsibilities include conducting business planning sessions, coaching clients to achieve measurable results, consulting on team alignment and accountability practices, and providing training to improve business operations and execution.

• Proficiency in Business Coaching and Coaching techniques to work effectively with entrepreneurs and their teams.
• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Consulting to develop and execute tailored strategies for growth.
• Experience in delivering Training and facilitating workshops to ensure sustainable improvement in operations and team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and guide clients effectively.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
• Experience in working with SMEs and entrepreneurs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
