Business Analytics Internship in Faridabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate and support end-to-end execution of online auctions and procurement events for clients.
• Connect with suppliers for onboarding, follow-ups, clarifications, and event participation.
• Assist in preparing RFQs, bid comparison sheets, and auction templates using MS Excel.
• Configure auction parameters on the platform under supervision.
• Monitor live e-auctions, track bidding activity, and escalate technical or commercial issues in real time.
• Ensure all events follow client guidelines, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Prepare post-auction reports including savings analysis, participation summary, and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supplier communication and event data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for approvals and deliverables.
• Support data analysis and provide insights for procurement decision-making.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Draft professional emails and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
