Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements. The role also involves close communication with stakeholders, clients and internal teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience

1–3 years of work experience in real estate, consulting, business analysis, project management, or strategy-related roles preferred

Education

BBA / MBA / Engineering from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges preferred

Core Skills & Responsibilities

Advanced Excel & Financial Analysis

* Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Models, Scenario Analysis, Cash Flow Models)

* Ability to prepare project feasibility models and budget analysis for real estate developments

* Track project costs, sales performance, and financial projections

* Conduct investment analysis and ROI calculations

Budget Planning & Cost Control

* Prepare and monitor project budgets for layout and villa developments

* Conduct cost analysis and variance tracking

* Coordinate with internal teams for fund utilization and financial reporting

Documentation (Legal/project related)

* Draft and review MOUs and other project-related documentation

* Coordinate with legal teams, Investment or financial institutions, landowners, and partners

* Ensure documentation aligns with project structure, agreements, and financial terms

Pitch Deck & Investor Presentation

* Create professional pitch decks for investors, partners, and financial institutions

* Present project concepts, financial projections, and market potential

* Develop clear and visually strong presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

* Work closely with architects, planners, legal teams, and finance teams

* Ensure project documentation, approvals, and planning processes are aligned

* Manage communication with funding partners, consultants, and investors

Market & Product Analysis

* Conduct micro-market research across Bangalore

* Analyze competitor projects, pricing trends, and demand patterns

* Recommend product positioning and pricing strategy

Tools & Software

* Advanced Microsoft Excel

* PowerPoint / Pitch Deck Creation / Canva

* Microsoft Word for documentation

* Basic understanding of AutoCAD / layout drawings (preferred)
